Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 doz. sweet peppers
1 doz. hot peppers
1 doz. onions
1 qt. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
spices to taste
Preparation

Grind peppers and onions; add salt to taste.
Pour boiling water over this and let stand 20 minutes.
Drain and add vinegar and other dry ingredients.
Cook, not over 20 minutes.
May add green tomatoes and grind them with the peppers.
Stir often to prevent sticking.
