Breakfast Hash Brown Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crumbled, cooked Owens sausage
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Mix hash brown potatoes and oil in bowl.
    Press into a 10-inch pie plate, forming crust.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Add layers of cheese, sausage, onion and eggs, beaten with evaporated milk.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
