Savory Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed vegetable soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    In skillet,
    brown
    beef
    and
    cook onion until tender. Drain off fat.
    Stir
    in
    soup,
    salt
    and thyme.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole
    dish.
    Spoon mashed potatoes around edge of casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hot.
