Beef And Cabbage Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. oleo
    4 to 5 c. cabbage, coarsely shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    at least 3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt oleo in large skillet.
    Add cabbage and onion, mixing well.
    Arrange potatoes over cabbage; sprinkle with caraway seed. Crumble beef over potatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pour tomato sauce over all and cover skillet.
    Cook over low heat until meat and potatoes are done, about 30 minutes.
