Oven Browned Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    quartered potato pieces (4 to 5 medium)
    2 tsp. bouillon grains
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat water, margarine and bouillon together for 1 minute on High.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Cook, covered, for 6 minutes on full power.
    Stir.
    Cook an additional 4 minutes on High and stir again.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    These potatoes cook better if pieces are smaller.
