Green Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups slice Granny Smith apples
    1 cup sugar
    juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 tbsp. lemon concentrate
    1 stick of margarine melted
    1 egg, beat with fork
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, pour into prepared pie shell, sprinkle with cinnamon, top with pie crust, cut slits in top of crust.
    Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 then 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until browned.
