Kim'S Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. hot peppers
    3/4 c. bell peppers
    6 oz. liquid pectin
Preparation
    Put all peppers in the blender on fine.
    Combine all ingredients, except the pectin.
    Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add pectin and stir well.
    Let stand for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Pour into small jars and seal.
    Makes about 7 cups.
