Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together thoroughly.
Combine eggs, buttermilk and oil; stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.
A little milk can be added if this is too thick.
Fry on hot griddle until browned on each side.
Yield: 14 to 16 pancakes.
