German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, sliced thin and boiled
    6 slices bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 cider vinegar
Preparation
    In the bacon fat fry onion; blend in flour, sugar, celery seed and salt.
    Cook until smooth.
    Stir in water and vinegar.
    Cook until smooth, 1 minute.
    Mix with warm potatoes.
    Serve warm or cold.
