Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
4 slices cheese
2 or 3 layers sliced potatoes
Preparation

Boil potatoes until nearly done.
Place in bottom of ovenproof dish.
Add onions, salt and pepper to taste, margarine and soup. Top with cheese.
Cook in oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
