Shoe Peg Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    2 cans (12 oz.) Shoe Peg corn
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Preparation
    Melt margarine, cream cheese and milk together in saucepan. Add corn and chilies to cream mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
