Two-Crust Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 (2-crust) pkg. refrigerator pie pastry
Preparation

Microwave peas and carrots using package directions.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Add chicken broth, milk, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add chicken and peas and carrots.
Cook until heated through.
Spoon into pastry-lined pie plate.
Top with remaining pastry.
Trim and seal edge; cut vents.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.

6 servings.
