Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 slightly beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/3 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except butter, mixing well.
    Shape into 4 flat patties.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Saute patties on both sides until golden brown and heated through.
    Serve with white sauce and peas.
