Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (I pour some liquid off before I add to mix)
1 small carton sour cream (8 oz.)
1 stick melted margarine
1 beaten egg
1 Jiffy muffin mix
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a well greased casserole dish. I use a 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 12-inch dish.
