Macaroni Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. short cut elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. heavy cream
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. prepared bread stuffing
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed; drain.
    Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Gradually add milk and cream.
    Cook over low heat.
    Stir constantly until thickened.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Mix macaroni with cheese sauce.
    Mix together egg, stuffing, beef and remaining salt and pepper.
    Spread on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Cover with macaroni mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 6.
