Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
2 (15 oz.) cans pintos
2 cans tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. taco sauce
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger, onion and pepper.
Add taco sauce, beans and tomatoes.
Put in pan.
Mix Jiffy mix by directions on box.
Pour over bean mixture.
Do not mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bread is done.
