Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cabbage, finely shredded
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar (more or less, according to size of cabbage)
chopped scallions
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 small green pepper, chopped
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Put in refrigerator until chilled.
Put on lettuce leaf in bowl and serve.
