Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 heaping c. pastry flour, sifted 4 times
    1 1/2 well rounded c. granulated sugar, sifted 4 times
    whites of 14 eggs, thoroughly chilled
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly; when half beaten, add salt and cream of tartar.
    Beat stiff.
    Fold in sugar, flour and 2 tablespoons cold water.
    Bake in moderate oven 50 minutes.
    Do not grease tin.
    Let little cold water in cake pan.
    Turn pan over without drying.
    Add batter; use wire beater.
