Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Add flour, salt and baking powder.
    Combine and beat until smooth.
    Use a large deep skillet and fill about 2/3 full of oil.
    Heat oil.
    When the oil is hot, take a funnel that has a spout 1/2-inch in diameter.
    Be sure to put your finger over the funnel hole as you pour the batter into the funnel.
    Hold funnel over hot oil.
    Starting in the middle of the skillet let the batter come out of the funnel hole, making a circular motion, making circles with the batter.
