Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. rice
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    1 1/3 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook until dry the water and rice.
    Use a double boiler. After rice is cooked dry, add milk, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and cook.
    Stir and watch.
    If you like raisins, add 1/2 cup.
