Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. jam (may use 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. jelly
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda (add to milk)
Preparation
    Beat oil; gradually add sugar and eggs (one at a time). Add spices
    and
    salt.\tAdd
    flour
    and milk alternately.
    Add jam, jelly and
    pecans.\tBake
    in tube pan at 325\u00b0 until firm. Pour glaze on while cake is hot.
