Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. mayo
    broccoli, cut in small bite-size pieces
    cauliflower, cut in small bite-size pieces
    carrots, cut in small bite-size pieces
    frozen peas
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Pat crescent rolls in jelly roll pan.
    Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Mix together cream cheese, dressing and mayo.
    Top cooled crescent rolls.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate.
