Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushroom buttons or slices
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and put in large pot.
    Add vinegar and salt; boil 10 minutes.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Put remaining ingredients into a large jar; add mushrooms and shake to coat well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
