Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and diced chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    14 oz. can chopped green chiles
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    ripe olives (optional)
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix meat, soup, sour cream and chiles together.
    Spread a thin layer of chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Fill flour tortillas with the mixture. Roll each tortilla up and place in pan, seam side down.
    Make sure to leave some mixture to spread over top of filled tortillas.
    Cover with mixture, then cheese and olives.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
