D.O. Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 sliced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    3 c. canned tomatoes
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Brown meat
    in oil in a 12-inch Dutch oven.
    Add everything else,
    except
    rice and mushrooms.\tMix well, cover and cook for 2 1/2
    hours
    or until meat is tender.
    Add rice and mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.
