Sweet Potato Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed or canned
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. butter flavoring
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil and eggs until fluffy.
    Sift all dry ingredients in separate bowl.
    Add mashed potatoes to sugar mixture, then dry ingredients slowly.
    Mix well.
    Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
