Seafood Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettuccine
    1/4 lb. imitation crab pieces
    1/4 lb. imitation lobster pieces
    1 can tiny shrimp
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 c. grated Gruyere
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    half and half (optional)
Preparation
    Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
    Beat eggs and yogurt together.
    Melt butter and toss with hot fettuccine over low heat.
    Add a little of the cheese at a time while continuing to stir.
    Add egg and yogurt mixture and toss over low heat until cheeses are blended together.
