Linda'S Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. oatmeal
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. instant potato flakes
    1/4 to 1/2 c. honey or 1 c. molasses
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
    5 to 7 c. white flour
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients together, then add oatmeal and whole-wheat flour. Mix thoroughly. Then add the white flour. Cover; let rise in a warm place. Work down and make out into rolls or loaves. Let rise. Bake rolls at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Bake loaves at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
