Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) chicken
    water
    poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper
    onions (if desired)
    celery leaves (if desired)
    carrots (if desired)
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken into pieces
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
    parsley flakes
    grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook in large pot the chicken, covered with water.
    Add poultry season, salt and pepper.
    If desired, add onions, celery leaves and carrots.
    When tender, remove chicken from bone and cut into pieces.
    Set aside.
