Ginger-Peachy-Mandarin Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. peach nectar
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mandarin juice
1 oz. vodka (optional)
1 Tbsp. ginger preserves
1/16 fresh ginger, grated
Preparation

Blend all ingredients.
Chill, serve in a tall glass over crushed ice.
If adding vodka, add right before serving.
Serves 1.
