Carolina Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, shredded in food processor
1 green pepper, shredded in food processor
1 Bermuda onion, shredded in food processor
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
2/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine cabbage, pepper and onion.
Bring sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt, celery seed and oil to a boil.
Pour over slaw mixture.
Cool; cover and refrigerate.
Gets better with age. Serve over Coney Island Hot Dog or barbecue sandwiches.
