Marinated Roasted Pepper Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar marinated roasted peppers
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. chopped green onion
6 flour tortillas or bread wraps
Preparation

Place peppers on towel and pat dry.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Then combine parsley and green onions. Spread very thin layer of cheese mixture on tortilla.
Then layer with roasted peppers.
Wrap up like jelly roll.
Wrap up roll in plastic wrap for about 2 hours in fridge.
Unwrap, slice and serve. Time Saver Alternative:
Substitute cream cheese, sour cream and mayo for (onion/chive Weis brand cream cheese).
