Orange Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew beef or 1-inch cubes of sirloin
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. onion salt
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. bouillon or 2 cubes
orange juice plus mushroom liquid to equal 1 c.
Preparation

Mix flour and dry ingredients.
Coat meat cubes.
Use any remaining flour as thickening after browning beef.
Add liquids and mushrooms and simmer 2 hours.
Serve over rice.
