Quick And Zesty Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans (13 3/4 oz. each) beef broth
    1 can mixed vegetables
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Italian style stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked egg noodles (medium)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are done.
    Makes 8 servings (1 cup each).
    Frozen vegetables may be substituted for canned, but add 2 cups more of the broth.
