Apple Custard Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/3 c. Bisquick
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. oleo or butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sliced pared apples
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2/3 c. dairy sour cream
1 egg
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
Mix baking mix, sugar, oleo and milk.
Spread in pan.
Arrange apples on mixture in pan.
Mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon.
Sprinkle over apples.
Mix sour cream and egg.
Drizzle over top.
Bake until edges are light brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
