4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Beat eggs, salt and vanilla at medium speed until frothy. Continue to beat as you add 1/2 cup sugar slowly and beat until mixture is light, thick and smooth.
