Horseradish Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, cut into narrow 3-inch strips
2 Tbsp. diced onion
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. crumbs
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender-crisp.
Reserve 1/4 cup liquid. Combine onion, mayonnaise, horseradish, salt and pepper.
Add liquid; put carrots into 1 1/2-quart casserole; fold in mixture. Cover with crumbs.
Dot with oleo.
Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
