Salad For A Luncheon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 cans tiny shrimp
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 onion, minced and sauteed
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or more
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    3 oz. chow mein noodles
    1 pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
    1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Mix together the shrimp, peas, celery and onion.
    Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce and salt.
    Add to shrimp and vegetables.
    Just before serving, add the chow mein noodles and the roasted slivered almonds.
    Garnish with a sliced hard-boiled egg.
