Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 large cabbage leaves
    2 lb. chopped beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.
    Let stand 5 minutes; drain.
    Season meat.
    Add onion, rice and eggs.
    Roll a portion of filling into each leaf.
    Fasten ends with toothpicks.
    Place rolls in pressure cooker. Pour soup and water over rolls.
    Cover; let pressure build and cook for 8 minutes.
    Reduce pressure normally. Serves 8.
