Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
5 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour and salt.
Combine egg, vinegar and water.
Pour liquid into flour mixture all at one time.
Blend with spoon just until all the flour is moistened.
This is an easy crust to handle and can be re-rolled.
Yield: 2 (9-inch) pie crusts.
