Chunky Chicken Melt - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (5 oz.) cans Swanson premium chunk chicken, drained
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 English muffins, split and toasted
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Mix chicken, mayonnaise and celery.
On baking sheet, arrange muffin halves.
Top with tomato.
Divide chicken mixture evenly among muffin halves.
Top with cheese.
Broil 6 inches from heat 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 3.
