Blueberry Tea Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. blueberries, dredged with a little flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten lightly
Preparation

Stir all dry ingredients; mix with the egg and milk. Beat in the butter and the berries.
Bake in pan in moderate oven.
