Zesty Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
1 c. chopped celery
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except 3 slices bacon and 3 chopped onions.
Sprinkle these on top; cover and chill at least 8 hours.
