Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 c. apples
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Slice apples into pan.
    Sugar lightly.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add beaten egg and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Work together with fork.
    Spread over apples.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm.
