Quick Apple Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. ground raw apples (cored but not peeled, including juice)
    1/2 t. salt
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 t. baking powder
    1 t. baking soda
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar. Gradually blend in well-beaten eggs, apples and juice. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together and stir into the apple mixture. Add nuts and pour into well-greased baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55-65 minutes.
