Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans whole grain corn
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. raw rice
2 c. water
Preparation
-
Saute seasoning in butter.
Add rice and water.
Cook slowly for 20 minutes.
Add corn and soup.
Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Top with grated cheese.
