Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. water
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until sticky. Shape into 2 or 3 rolls. Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate.
