Lasagna(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, uncooked
    1 large jar Ragu sauce + 2-inches water in empty jar
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    16 oz. cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Brown meat in an extra large Pyrex mixing bowl for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Cover
    with
    paper
    towel
    while\tcooking.
    Drain liquid.
    Be
    sure
    all
    pink is gone.
    In same bowl add sauce, meat
    and
    water.
    Layer 1/3 meat sauce, layer of noodles (the extra
    water will absorb into noodles), 1/2 cottage cheese and egg mixed
    in\tcheese.
    Sprinkle 1/2 Parmesan cheese.\tRepeat with enough left for top.
