Vidalia Onion Casserole Or Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. milk
    2 large cut up onions
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Saute onions
    in half of oleo.\tMelt rest and pour over Ritz. Beat
    eggs\tand combine all ingredients;
    pour into pie crust or greased
    casserole\tdish.
    Bake
    about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.\t(Crush Ritz in tube before you open.)
