Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large pans cornbread (day old)
6 day old homemade biscuits (may use bread)
4 to 5 slices Roman Meal bread
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. parsley
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. sage (optional)
2 large onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
5 to 6 boiled eggs
1 can Swanson's chicken broth
1 large chicken, deboned (save chicken broth)
Preparation

Crumble cornbread, biscuits and bread and mix well.
Saute onions and celery.
Mix bread mixture, onions, celery, sugar, parsley, salt, pepper and sage (optional) well.
Add deboned chicken and cooled chicken broth and soup.
If need more chicken broth, can use Swanson's chicken broth.
Cream of chicken soup gives it a richer taste.
Make mixture a little juicy.
Add chopped or finely crumbled boiled eggs last.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
